Helping Generosity Translate Into Measurable Good
Brightpath is a nonprofit platform that connects donors and volunteers with grassroots causes around the world. They came to us to rebuild an experience that made giving feel transparent, personal, and genuinely impactful, so supporters could see exactly how their time and money changed lives.
Through research with donors, volunteers, and nonprofit partners, we designed a platform that builds trust through transparency and turns one-time supporters into lifelong advocates.
The Challenge
Good Intentions Were Getting Lost In A Clunky Experience
Brightpath had a passionate community but a platform that struggled to convert that passion into sustained support. Donors were unsure where their money went, and volunteers found it hard to discover opportunities that fit their lives.
